Further to our December 30 post, Chief ALJ Paul J. Luckern issued a notice assigning ALJ Theodore R. Essex as the presiding Administrative Law Judge in Certain Authentication Systems, Including Software and Handheld Electronic Devices (Inv. No. 337-TA-697).
