On August 24, 2010, ALJ Charles E. Bullock issued Order No. 6 in Certain Game Controllers (Inv. No. 337-TA-715). In the Order, ALJ Bullock granted a joint motion filed by Complainant Microsoft Corporation and Respondents Datel Design and Development, Ltd. and Datel Design and Development, Inc. to terminate the investigation based on a settlement agreement.
