ALJ Gildea Grants Motion To Terminate Investigation As To Funai In Certain Video Displays (337-TA-687)

On February 18, 2010, ALJ E. James Gildea issued the public version of Order No. 14 in Certain Video Displays, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-687) granting a joint motion filed by Complainant LG Electronics, Inc. and Respondents Funai Electric Company, Ltd., Funai Corporation, Inc. and P&F USA, Inc. to terminate the investigation on the basis of a settlement agreement.  According to the Order, Respondent Vizio, Inc. did not oppose the motion.
