ALJ Essex Grants Motion To Terminate Investigation In Certain Liquid Crystal Display Modules (337-TA-702)

On February 26, 2010, ALJ Theodore R. Essex issued the public version of Order No. 3 in Certain Liquid Crystal Display Modules and Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Making the Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-702) granting a motion filed by Complainant Sharp Corporation to terminate the investigation on the basis of a settlement agreement.  According to the Order, Respondents Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. consented to the motion.
