Further to our March 30, 2010 post, on April 22, 2010, Chief ALJ Paul J. Luckern issued a notice permanently reassigning himself as the presiding Administrative Law Judge in Certain Integrated Circuits, Chipsets, and Products Containing Same Including Televisions, Media Players, and Cameras (Inv. No. 337-TA-709).
