Update Regarding Certain Inkjet Ink Supplies (337-TA-730)

Further to our July 28, 2010 post, the Commission issued a Corrected Notice of Investigation in Certain Inkjet Ink Supplies And Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-730).

According to the Corrected Notice, Complainant Hewlett-Packard Company filed letters on both July 15, 2010 and July 27, 2010 supplementing its June 25, 2010 complaint.  The Corrected Notice also provides revised address information for some of the Respondents.

Additionally, Chief ALJ Paul J. Luckern issued a notice indicating that ALJ Theodore R. Essex will be the presiding Administrative Law Judge in this investigation.
