ALJ Rogers Grants Motion To Partially Terminate Investigation In Certain Integrated Circuit Chips (337-TA-859)

On January 30, 2013, ALJ Robert K. Rogers, Jr. Order No. 12 in Certain Integrated Circuit Chips and Products Containing the Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-859).

According to the Order, Complainant RealTek Semiconductor Corporation filed an unopposed motion for partial termination of the investigation with respect to the asserted claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,963,226.  Finding that partial termination of the investigation is in the public interest, and that no extraordinary circumstance exists preventing same, ALJ Rogers granted the motion pursuant to Rule 210.21(a)(1).
