On November 8, 2012, ALJ Thomas B. Pender issued Order Nos. 32-35 in Certain Electronic Devices Having A Retractable USB Connector (Inv. No. 337-TA-843).

In Order No. 32, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Complainant Anu IP LLC (“Anu”) and Respondent Office Depot Inc. (“Office Depot”) to terminate the investigation with respect to Office Depot on the basis of a settlement agreement. 

In Order No. 33, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Anu and Respondents Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd. and Sanyo North America Corporation (collectively, “Sanyo”) to terminate the investigation with respect to Sanyo on the basis of a settlement agreement.

In Order No. 34, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Anu and Respondents Panasonic Corporation, Panasonic Corporation of North America (collectively, “Panasonic”), Yamaha Corporation, and Yamaha Corporation of America (collectively, “Yamaha”) to terminate the investigation with respect to Panasonic and Yamaha on the basis of a settlement agreement.

In Order No. 35, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Anu and Respondent Centon Electronics, Inc. (“Centon”) to terminate the investigation with respect to Centon on the basis of a settlement agreement.
