On April 20, 2017, Chief ALJ Charles E. Bullock issued Order No. 6 in Certain Electrical Connectors, Components Thereof and Products Containing Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-1043).

By way of background, this investigation is based on a February 6, 2017 complaint filed by J.S.T. Corporation alleging violation of Section 337 by way of unlawful importation into the U.S., selling for importation, and/or selling within the U.S. after importation certain electrical connectors, components thereof, and products containing the same that infringe one or more claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,004,766. See our February 17, 2017 and March 10, 2017 posts for more details on the complaint and Notice of Investigation, respectively.

According to the Order, ALJ Bullock set an 18-month target date for the completion of this investigation.
