On May 23, 2017, Chief ALJ Charles E. Bullock issued Order No. 4 in Certain Intravascular Administration Sets and Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-1048).

By way of background, this investigation is based on a March 8, 2017 complaint filed by Curlin Medical Inc.; Zevex, Inc.; and Moog Inc. alleging violation of Section 337 by way of unlawful importation into the U.S., selling for importation, and/or selling within the U.S. after importation certain intravascular administration sets and components thereof that infringe one or more claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,164,921 and 6,371,732. According to the Order, ALJ Bullock set a 12-month target date for the completion of this investigation.
