No. 337-TA-731).</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On June 21, 2010, the U.S. International Trade Commission issued a <a href="http://www.usitc.gov/press_room/news_release/2010/er0621hh1.htm">press release</a> announcing that it voted to institute an investigation of <em>Certain Inkjet Ink Cartridges With Printheads and Components Thereof</em> (Inv. No. 337-TA-723).</p>
<p>The investigation is based on a May 25, 2010 complaint and a June 16, 2010 letter supplementing the complaint filed by Hewlett-Packard Company of Palo Alto, California and Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P. of Houston, Texas, alleging violation of Section 337 in the importation into the U.S. and sale of inkjet ink cartridges with printheads that allegedly infringe U.S. Patent Nos. 6,234,598, 6,309,053, 6,398,347, 6,412,917, 6,481,817, and 6,402,279.  <em>See</em> our <a href="http://www.itcblog.com/20100527/hewlett-packard-files-new-337-complaint-regarding-certain-inkjet-ink-cartridges/">May 27, 2010 post</a> for more details.</p>
<p>According to the <a href="http://www.itcblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/noiin723.pdf">Notice of Investigation</a>, the ITC has identified MicroJet Technology Co., Ltd. of Taiwan, Asia Pacific Microsystems, Inc. of Taiwan, Mipo Technology Limited of Hong Kong, PTC Holdings Limited of Hong Kong, Mipo Science &amp; Technology Co., Ltd. of China, Mextec d/b/a/ Mipo America, Ltd. of Miami, Florida, and SinoTime Technologies, Inc. d/b/a/ All Colors of Miami, Florida as the Respondents in this investigation.</p>
<p>Further, Rett Snotherly of the Office of Unfair Import Investigations is identified in the Notice of Investigation as the Investigative Attorney assigned to handle this investigation.</p>
<p>Lastly, Chief ALJ Paul J. Luckern issued a <a href="http://www.itcblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/aljnoticein723.pdf">notice</a> indicating that ALJ Robert K. Rogers, Jr. will be the presiding Administrative Law Judge in this investigation.</p>

Ltd. of China, Shanghai Tandem Industrial Co., Ltd. of China, Shanghai Xingyue USA, Inc. of City of Industry, California, Boat N RV Supercenter of Rockwood, Tennessee, and Vehicles Online, Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina as the respondents in this investigation.</p>
<p>Further, Anne Goalwin of the Office of Unfair Import Investigations is identified in the Notice of Investigation as the Investigative Attorney assigned to handle this investigation.</p>
