ERIC W. SCHWEIBENZ is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group focusing on patent litigation in the federal courts and the International Trade Commission. He has extensive experience in complex litigation including intellectual property, and has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including medical devices, semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, liquid crystal display technologies, and gas turbine engines. Before joining the firm, Mr. Schweibenz was an associate at an Alexandria, Virginia intellectual property firm and a major Washington, D.C. law firm.
Mr. Schweibenz received his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from West Chester University.
Mr. Schweibenz is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association, and the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
