No. 337-TA-702) granting a motion filed by Complainant Sharp Corporation to terminate the investigation on the basis of a settlement agreement.  According to the Order, Respondents Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. consented to the motion.
