15, 2010, ALJ Theodore R. Essex issued the public version of Order No. 13 in Certain Inkjet Ink Supplies and Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-691) granting a motion filed by Complainant Hewlett-Packard Company to terminate the investigation as to Respondent InkPlusToner.com on the basis of a settlement agreement.
