No. 337-TA-697).  In the Order, ALJ Essex granted a joint motion filed by Complainant Prism Technologies, LLC and Respondents Research in Motion Limited and Research in Motion Corporation (collectively, “RIM”) to terminate the investigation as to RIM based on a settlement agreement between the parties.
