Further to our November 24, 2010 post, on January 7, 2011, ALJ Theodore R. Essex issued Order No. 3 in Certain Mobile Devices and Related Software (Inv. No. 337-TA-750).

According to the Order, ALJ Essex set March 30, 2012 as the target date (which is approximately 16 months after institution of the investigation).  ALJ Essex further indicated that any final initial determination on violation should be filed no later than November 30, 2011.  In addition, ALJ Essex noted that the evidentiary hearing in this matter will commence on September 26, 2011.

The Order further directs the parties to submit a proposed procedural schedule by no later than January 21, 2011.
