Further to our March 2, 2011 and April 13, 2011 posts, on May 10, 2011, ALJ Theodore R. Essex issued Order No. 5: Setting the Procedural Schedule in Certain Strollers and Playards (Inv. No. 337-TA-762).

In the Order, ALJ Essex set the procedural schedule for the investigation.  According to the Order, the evidentiary hearing will commence on February 22, 2012, the Initial Determination is due on May 10, 2012, and the target date for completing this investigation is September 10, 2012.
