Further to our April 20, 2011 and June 6, 2011 posts, on June 17, 2011, ALJ Theodore R. Essex issued Order No. 4: Setting the Procedural Schedule in Certain Handheld Electronic Computing Devices, Related Software, and Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-769).

In the Order, ALJ Essex set the procedural schedule for the investigation and included provisions for an evidentiary hearing that will commence on February 6, 2012.
