On September 19, 2012, ALJ Thomas B. Pender issued Order Nos. 25-31 in Certain Electronic Devices Having A Retractable USB Connector (Inv. No. 337-TA-843).In Order No. 25, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Complainant Anu IP LLC (“Anu”) and Respondent Aluratek, Inc. (“Aluratek”) to terminate the investigation with respect to Aluratek on the basis of a settlement agreement.
In Order No. 26, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Anu and Respondent Super Talent Technology Corporation (“Super Talent”) to terminate the investigation with respect to Super Talent on the basis of a settlement agreement.
In Order No. 27, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Anu and Respondent General Imaging Company (“GIC”) to terminate the investigation with respect to GIC on the basis of a settlement agreement.
In Order No. 28, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Anu and Respondents VOXX International Corporation and Audiovox Accessories Corporation (collectively, “VOXX”) to terminate the investigation with respect to VOXX on the basis of a settlement agreement.
In Order No. 29, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Anu and Respondent Provantage, LLC (“Provantage”) to terminate the investigation with respect to Provantage on the basis of a settlement agreement.
In Order No. 30, ALJ Pender granted a joint motion filed by Anu and Respondents Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (collectively “Samsung”) to terminate the investigation with respect to Samsung on the basis of a settlement agreement.
In Order No. 31, ALJ Pender granted a motion filed by Anu to terminate the investigation as to the following Respondents based on settlement:
- JVC Kenwood Corporation
- JVC Americas Corporation
- Supersonic, Inc.
- Iriver, Inc.
- Olympus Corporation
- Olympus Corporation of the Americas
- Sakar International, Inc.
- Lexar Media, Inc.
The Investigation remains pending against other Respondents.
