Specifically, ALJ Lord determined, inter alia, that the Markman hearing will take place on April 29, 2016; the evidentiary hearing will take place on August 29-September 2, 2016; the Initial Determination on alleged violation of Section 337 will be issued on November 21, 2016; and March 20, 2017 is the target date for completing the investigation (which is approximately sixteen months after institution of the investigation).
