On May 13, 2022, the ITC issued its opinion denying Respondent The Chamberlain Group, Inc.’s (“Chamberlain”) motion to deny a stay of the remedial orders pending appeal in Certain Movable Barrier Operator Systems and Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-1209).
On May 3, 2022, ALJ Monica Bhattacharyya issued the public version of Order No. 18 (dated April 22, 2022) granting Respondent Vivint, Inc.’s (“Vivint”) motion for summary determination of no violation of Section 337 in Certain Residential Premises Security Monitoring and Automation Control Panels, and Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-1273).
On May 5, 2022, ALJ MaryJoan McNamara issued the public version (Part I, Part II) of her April 7, 2022 initial determination (“ID”) finding a violation of Section 337 in Certain Plant-Derived Recombinant Human Serum Albumins (“rHSA”) and Products Containing Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-1238).
On May 3, 2022, the ITC issued a notice of its determination to review-in-part the final initial determination (“FID”) in Certain Routers, Access Points, Controllers, Network Management Devices, Other Networking Products, and Hardware and Software Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-1227), and affirm the FID’s finding of no violation of Section 337.
On April 28, 2022, the ITC issued a Notice of Investigation in Certain Centrifuge Utility Platform and Falling Film Evaporator Systems and Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-1311).
