On September 17, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued its opinion affirming the ITC’s finding of a violation of section 337 in Certain Human Milk Oligosaccharides and Methods of Producing the Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-1120).

On January 21, 2022, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued its opinion vacating and remanding the ITC’s finding of a violation of section 337 in Certain Gas Spring Nailer Products and Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-1082).

On March 1, 2022, the Federal Circuit issued its opinion affirming the ITC’s remand determination not to rescind or modify a $6.2 million civil penalty imposed on DBN Holding, Inc. for violations of a consent order.

On March 9, 2022, the Federal Circuit issued its opinion affirming the ITC’s determination that Complainant Broadcom Corporation of San Jose, California (“Broadcom”) failed to show the existence of a domestic industry in Certain Infotainment Systems, Component Thereof, and Automobiles Containing the Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-1119).
